Measure from the point where you want your skirt to sit on your hips down to where you want the hem of your skirt to be.

Are you planning to wear this in combination with a bottom skirt? Wear the bottom skirt when measuring (or a skirt with the same lenght) to decide what your optimum lenght will be.
